Coaching Options

Triangle Multisport success is the direct result of personalized written workouts that correspond to each individual's strengths, weaknesses, daily/weekly schedule, background, and goals.  Workouts are written with day-by-day instructions and goals updated either weekly or bi-weekly.  Email contact is encouraged weekly.  Travel and other committments are taken into account, so it is expected that information is given with advance notice so that workouts can be planned accordingly.

TRIANGLE MULTISPORT ATHLETE TRAINING PACKAGES

 

I.  Individualized Workout Calendar - only $130/month 

             Includes:

a)     Daily workouts updated either weekly or bi-weekly training plan

b)     weekly email interaction

c)      once per month optional telephone consultation

      Please allow one week for preparation of individualized workouts.  This is not a computer program!  If interested please answer these questions

 

II.  Getting to Know You                $300III.   Getting to the next level Package      $200/month

            This is a start up package that includes:

a)     determination of Heart Rate training zones

b)     analysis of bike fit

c)      first month training plan

 

 

       Includes:

a)     weekly or bi-weekly training plan

b)     weekly email interaction

c)      weekly telephone consultation

 

IV.  All-inclusive Performance Package        $400/month 

             Includes:

a)     weekly or bi-weekly training plan

b)     weekly email interaction

c)      weekly telephone consultation

d)     weekly individual training session

 

V.  Individual Training sessions            $60/hour

           Swim instruction, Bike fit, Bike analysis - power/zones/computrainer time trials, Computrainer rides, Run analysis, Track sessions, Consultations. 

 

VI.  Multi-athlete training sessions                    

            Two athletes                       $35/athlete/hour

            Three athletes            $25/athlete/hour

            Four-Five athletes            $20/athlete/hour

 

All training packages are based on monthly programs.  There is a minimum 3 month commitment.  First month must be paid in advance.
