Raleigh Marathon and Half Marathon Training Programs

:  Informational meeting

Wednesday July 8, 2009 at 7:00 pm
Fleet Feet Sports, Raleigh
 

The 14-week program includes:

  • Written workouts by Triangle Multisport Coaches and optional use of WorkoutLog.com for the entire 14 weeks
  • Coached group workouts every Wednesday evening at 6:30pm and several informational lectures throughout the program
    • Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced groups to optimize the training for every level of athlete
    • Official training program technical T-shirt
    • Online forum open only to participants
    • Opportunity to attend guest lectures/clinics
    • Access to training partners and the top area coaches/athletes
    • Written workouts begin Monday, July 27
    • First group workout is on Wednesday, July 29th at 6:30 pm at Shelley Lake
    • Perfect build-up for (Registration for races is not included in program fee):
      • City of Oaks Half or Full Marathon - 11/01/09 
      • NY Marathon - 11/01/09
      • Other races in the proximity of the above date can be accommodated as well.
