Raleigh Marathon and Half Marathon Training Programs
July 27 - November 1, 2009
RALEIGH: Informational meeting
Wednesday July 8, 2009 at 7:00 pm
Fleet Feet Sports, Raleigh
The 14-week program includes:
- Written workouts by Triangle Multisport Coaches and optional use of WorkoutLog.com for the entire 14 weeks
- Coached group workouts every Wednesday evening at 6:30pm and several informational lectures throughout the program
- Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced groups to optimize the training for every level of athlete
- Official training program technical T-shirt
- Online forum open only to participants
- Opportunity to attend guest lectures/clinics
- Access to training partners and the top area coaches/athletes
- Written workouts begin Monday, July 27
- First group workout is on Wednesday, July 29th at 6:30 pm at Shelley Lake
- Perfect build-up for (Registration for races is not included in program fee):
- City of Oaks Half or Full Marathon - 11/01/09
- NY Marathon - 11/01/09
- Other races in the proximity of the above date can be accommodated as well.
