INDIVIDUALIZED ONLINE WORKOUT CALENDAR
Triangle Multisport success is the direct result of personalized written workouts that correspond to each individual’s strengths, weaknesses, daily/weekly schedule, background, and goals. Workouts are written with day-by-day instructions and goals updated either weekly or bi-weekly. Email contact is encouraged weekly. Travel and other commitments are taken into account, so it is expected that information is given with advance notice so that workouts can be planned accordingly.

INDIVIDUAL TRAINING SESSIONS

We are firm believers in proper technique and movement and encourage everyone, from beginner to professional, to spend time working on them:
Swim instruction, Bike fit, Bike analysis, Power/HR zones, Computrainer time trials, Computrainer Rides, Running analysis, Consultations, etc.
MULTI-ATHLETE TRAINING SESSIONS
- Two athletes $35/athlete/hour
- Three athletes $25/athlete/hour
- Four-Five athletes $20/athlete/hour
