Carrboro Marathon and Half Marathon Training Programs
January 11- April 17, 2010
 

 

                                

 

The 13-week program includes:

  • Written workouts by Triangle Multisport Coaches and optional use of WorkoutLog.com for the entire 13 weeks
  • Coached group workouts every Tuesday evening and several informational lectures throughout the program
    • Official training program technical T-shirt
    • Online forum open only to participants
    • Opportunity to attend guest lectures/clinics
    • Access to training partners and the top area coaches/athletes
    • Written workouts begin Monday, January 11th 
    • First group workout is on Tuesday, January 12th
    • Perfect build-up for (Registration for races is not included in program fee):
      • Charlottesville Half or Full Marathon - 4/17/10 
      • Tobacco Road and Wrightsville Beach - 3/21/10
      • Other races in the proximity of the above date can be accommodated as well.
