Carrboro Marathon and Half Marathon Training Programs
January 11- April 17, 2010

The 13-week program includes:
- Written workouts by Triangle Multisport Coaches and optional use of WorkoutLog.com for the entire 13 weeks
- Coached group workouts every Tuesday evening and several informational lectures throughout the program
- Official training program technical T-shirt
- Online forum open only to participants
- Opportunity to attend guest lectures/clinics
- Access to training partners and the top area coaches/athletes
- Written workouts begin Monday, January 11th
- First group workout is on Tuesday, January 12th
- Perfect build-up for (Registration for races is not included in program fee):
- Charlottesville Half or Full Marathon - 4/17/10
- Tobacco Road and Wrightsville Beach - 3/21/10
- Other races in the proximity of the above date can be accommodated as well.
